Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand a client's mental health history, strengths, and challenges, aiding in the development of customized treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), or Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists and psychologists—to ensure comprehensive, integrated care for clients.

• Create, implement, and continuously update patient treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and therapeutic progress.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes aimed at enhancing the therapeutic experience for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment when necessary, ensuring client safety and connecting them with appropriate resources.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, contributing to the continuity of care and clinical outcomes.

Qualifications\n
