Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and intakes for clients presenting with diverse psychological issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and more.

• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team including medical professionals and psychiatrists.

• Document all patient interactions meticulously in accordance with legal and ethical healthcare standards, ensuring their permanent medical records are accurate and comprehensive.

• Manage case referrals and liaise with other healthcare providers or resources to facilitate comprehensive patient care.

• Engage in regular consultations with other team members to discuss treatment progress and adjust strategies as necessary.

• Stay informed about new developments in mental health practices and integrate them into your work.

• Participate in training and supervision sessions, contributing to and benefiting from a culture of continuous learning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults and children who present with a variety of mental health concerns. Our patient demographic is diverse, encompassing various backgrounds, ethnicities, and life experiences. Your role will be pivotal in building trust and rapport with clients, as you guide them through their therapeutic journeys using empathy, patience, and professionalism.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• An active and unrestricted state license: LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.

• The ability to prioritize responsibilities efficiently in a high-volume caseload environment.

• Strong clinical skills with a proven track record in establishing effective therapeutic alliances with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
