Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and collaborate on individualized treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique challenges and aspirations.

• Facilitate virtual therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to the specific needs of clients, whether they are dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, or other mental health issues.

• Set and regularly assess therapeutic goals with clients, monitoring their progress to facilitate personal development.

• Maintain comprehensive, ethically-sound documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and compliance with confidentiality standards.

• Engage actively in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with emerging trends and innovations in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse client population includes individuals facing various mental health challenges including, but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and social-emotional difficulties. As a mental health counselor at Resolute Academy, you will engage with clients in a supportive and judgment-free environment, empowering them to develop coping strategies and overcome their challenges.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or PsyD.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Empathetic disposition with a strong commitment to providing a non-judgmental support environment.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to manage a diverse caseload efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working with diverse populations and various mental health issues is highly valued. Familiarity with teletherapy tools and methodologies will enhance your effectiveness in this role. Compensation and Benefits\n
