Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to analyze clients’ mental health needs, including detailed diagnostic assessments to inform treatment planning.

• Provide individualized counseling sessions aimed at helping clients manage a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders, using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Lead psychoeducational and support group therapy sessions, developing a safe space for clients to share experiences and learn coping strategies from one another.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that set measurable goals and interventions, regularly assessing client's progress and adjusting plans as necessary to facilitate optimal outcomes.

• Respond to crisis situations with immediate support, performing risk assessments and coordinating with emergency services when required to ensure client safety.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and educational opportunities to enhance your skills and stay abreast of the latest mental health research and best practices.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive, client-centered care.
