Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough client assessments to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Providing individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Utilizing tools such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) in your practices.

• Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and internal policies.

• Participating in team meetings, case consultations, and continuing education seminars to enhance clinical skills.

• Building strong therapeutic relationships with clients while providing a culturally informed approach tailored to individual family dynamics.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a broad range of mental health challenges. You will engage with clients who may be experiencing trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Your sensitivity to varied cultural backgrounds and the ability to converse in both English and Spanish will enable you to effectively connect with a diverse client base.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Studies, or a related field from an accredited program.

• Possession of an active, unrestricted LMFT license.
\n
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish, essential for providing bilingual therapy services.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health setting, working directly with children, adults, and families.

• Respect for and sensitivity to the diverse cultural needs and customs of families.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure clarity and understanding with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Training in evidence-based practices such as CBT, TF-CBT, or EMDR.

• Specialization in areas such as trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, grief and loss, or perinatal mental health.

• Experience working with insurance billing and claims, willing to be part of at least one insurance panel.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with potential bonuses. Additional benefits include:
