Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the frequency, intensity, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients. Use standardized assessment tools and clinical judgment.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans, aligning their unique needs, goals, and preferences with therapeutic objectives.

• Implement evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address mood disorders effectively.

• Educate clients and families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices to empower them on their recovery journey.

• Monitor client progress diligently, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on therapeutic outcomes and feedback.

• Work in conjunction with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated care and holistic support for clients.

• Stay informed on the latest research in mood disorder treatment to continuously enhance therapeutic techniques and client outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in case consultations, monthly team meetings, and ongoing professional development programs to foster a culture of learning.

• Advocate for clients in overcoming mental health stigma and ensuring their treatment needs are met diligently.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals experiencing mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorders, and anxiety. Qualifications\n
