What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality clinical neonatal care at a 26-bed Level III NICU and a 6-bed Level II NICU within a leading healthcare facility
• Utilize advanced neonatal technologies including body cooling, jet ventilation, oscillators, and inhaled nitric oxide (iNO)
• Collaborate closely with pediatric subspecialists, including pediatric surgery and maternal-fetal medicine teams
• Lead and participate in teaching, quality improvement, and patient safety initiatives
• Support families and provide guidance during complex neonatal cases
• Engage in flexible scheduling designed to promote work/life balance
• Work alongside skilled nursing and ancillary staff in a supportive environment

What You Need

Required:

• Board-certified or Board-eligible Neonatologist
• Active medical license in Nevada or eligible to obtain one
• Proven experience in neonatal intensive care

Preferred:

• Experience with advanced neonatal technologies
• Strong collaborative and communication skills

About the Assignment This position involves providing expert neonatal care at a modern, family-friendly hospital in Henderson, Nevada.
