Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual assessment and intervention for clients with severe mental health issues, tailoring approaches based on each client's unique needs.

• Conduct brief evidence-based screenings and arrange detailed assessments when necessary, utilizing established tools and methodologies.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans that include coordination with family members and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Carry a caseload consisting of diverse clients, offering therapy sessions that can include individual, group, and family settings.
\n
• Monitor client progress through regular meetings and ensure adherence to treatment plans, discharge criteria, and follow-up services.

• Engage in crisis intervention when required, responding compassionately and promptly to clients in distress.
\n
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by contributing to quality assurance committees and providing insights on service delivery enhancements.

• Complete necessary documentation and reports in a timely manner to maintain compliance with organizational standards and regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

• Minimum of two years of experience working in mental health or a related field.

• Strong understanding of community resources and the ability to connect clients with necessary services.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.

• Commitment to uphold the ethical principles set forth by the National Association of Social Workers.

Compensation and Benefits\n
