2 days onsite in PA + weekly (1 day per week 1 hour away) & monthly travel People Partner (HR Business Partner) About the Opportunity Our client is a rapidly growing professional services organization seeking an experienced People Partner (HR Business Partner) to join its People & Culture team. This position plays a key role in supporting regional offices while partnering on enterprise-wide HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring both strategic HR expertise and hands‑on experience across employee relations, performance management, compliance, talent management, and HR operations. This is a hybrid position requiring 3–4 days per week in the office , with periodic travel to regional offices as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience, preferably within a professional services environment. Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices. Experience with HRIS/HCM systems (Workday experience is a plus). PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills. High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential matters. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Support onboarding and orientation programs to create a positive new hire experience. Assist with employee integration and retention initiatives. Partner with leadership to identify hiring needs and workforce planning strategies. Participate in recruiting events and talent acquisition initiatives as needed. Employee Relations & Performance Management Serve as a trusted HR advisor to employees and managers. Address employee concerns, support conflict resolution, and foster a positive workplace culture. Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, coaching conversations, and performance improvement plans. Compliance & HR Policy Administration Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws. Assist with employee investigations, policy interpretation, and separation processes while maintaining confidentiality. HR Operations Maintain employee records and HRIS data integrity while generating reports and supporting HR analytics. Assist with HR process improvements and operational efficiencies. Employee Engagement & Development Support employee engagement, culture-building, and inclusion initiatives. Partner with Learning & Development to identify training opportunities and career development programs. Assist with company events, communications, and employee recognition initiatives. Strategic HR Partnership Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and other HR functions to support business objectives. Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to support leadership decision‑making. Contribute to organizational change management and workforce planning initiatives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
