Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support day-to-day HR operations, recruiting, employee relations, and workforce initiatives for a fast-paced organization. Bilingual English/Spanish is required. What You'll Do Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and new hire orientation. Serve as a trusted HR partner to employees and managers, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workplace policies. Coach leaders on employee engagement, performance, and conflict resolution. Support leave administration, benefits inquiries, and return-to-work processes. Assist with training, employee development, and compliance initiatives. Maintain HR records, reporting, and documentation while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. Partner with leadership on workforce planning, retention, and employee engagement efforts. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred. 3–5+ years of Human Resources experience. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Experience with full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations. Knowledge of employment laws, leave administration, and HR compliance. Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or other fast-paced operational environment is preferred. Experience with HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now is a plus).
