What You'll Do

As a  Remote Client Success Specialist , you'll build lasting relationships while delivering outstanding service throughout the client experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Meet with members virtually through Zoom and phone appointments.

• Welcome and onboard new clients with professionalism and care.

• Educate clients on life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits.

• Evaluate client needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions.

• Guide members through the enrollment process.

• Respond promptly to client questions and provide ongoing support.

• Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates.

• Maintain accurate records while following company and state compliance guidelines.

• Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and leadership development programs.

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.

This opportunity is best suited for individuals who are self-motivated, coachable, comfortable working independently, and interested in a performance-based career with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
