Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients who experience symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders both virtually and within community settings.

• Maintain an active caseload that includes conducting assessments, facilitating individual, group, and family therapy, and monitoring treatment progress.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, utilizing de-escalation strategies and developing immediate safety plans to support clients in distress.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and assessments to accurately identify client needs and arrange for comprehensive evaluations as necessary.

• Create and implement integrated care plans that entail collaboration among clients, families, and other service providers, ensuring continuous access to linked services.

• Participate in team meetings and case consultations to contribute to effective service delivery and organization-wide goals.

• Ensure timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to organizational policies and external regulatory requirements.

• Provide on-call coverage as assigned to ensure consistent support and availability for clients.

Qualifications\n
