About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to lead the brand and growth strategy for its digital platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire marketing function, including brand, growth, lifecycle, measurement, and Martech infrastructure. This role is pivotal in the company's mission to deliver outstanding value and operational performance, and the VP of Marketing will play a key part in the significant investment in growth, with a focus on a new brand identity and a diverse product lineup. The role demands a leader with a strong analytical skill set, the ability to assess and report on marketing performance, and a proven track record of driving strong outcomes. The VP of Marketing will also be tasked with leading a talented team, shaping the marketing function, and ensuring that the right people are in the right roles to support the company's growth. Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 15 years' of experience in marketing, particularly in a direct-to-consumer financial services environment, is required. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing mix modeling, incrementality testing, and geo-lift design, as well as experience with products that necessitate regulatory review of marketing materials. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and strategic thinking skills are essential, as is the ability to manage a significant marketing budget and build strong partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders. The role also requires outstanding communication skills and a proactive approach to marketing operations, including a real point of view on the use of AI in the field.
