NOW HIRING: RECEPTIONIST Tallwoods Care Center in Bayville, NJ is looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Receptionist to join our team! If you enjoy working with people, providing excellent customer service, and creating a welcoming environment, we'd love to hear from you. Schedule: Monday Nights: 4 PM-8 PM Tuesday Nights: 4 PM-8 PM Thursday Nights: 4 PM-8 PM Saturdays & Sundays: Every Other Weekend 8 AM-4 PM or 4 PM-8 PM Shifts may vary Responsibilities: Greet residents, families, visitors, and staff in a warm and professional manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls Assist visitors and provide information as needed Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area Handle basic clerical and administrative duties Follow facility policies and maintain confidentiality Provide excellent customer service to residents and their families Qualifications: Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, or healthcare experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional and friendly demeanor Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Reliable and dependable Comfortable working in a skilled nursing/healthcare environment Together, let's make every day extraordinary for our residents and for YOU.
