Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess and evaluate each client’s mental health status using standardized tools, including the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), to develop individualized treatment plans that are culturally competent and tailored to unique patient needs.

• Continuously monitor patient progress, implementing evidence-based interventions and strategies to enhance mental health outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment records, clinical notes, and progress reports in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies, utilizing modern health record technology.

• Collaborate with patients and their families to develop comprehensive treatment plans that align with their goals and needs while also incorporating relevant feedback from multidisciplinary teams.

• Provide coordination of care with other clinical professionals and agencies, ensuring seamless referrals and ongoing support for clients.
