You’ll be: Generating and distributing monthly customer invoices and billing statements Maintaining accurate customer account records and billing documentation Processing, verifying, and posting customer payments and accounts receivable transactions Monitoring outstanding balances and performing collections activities, including customer communications regarding past-due accounts Researching and resolving customer account discrepancies and billing issues Preparing and distributing accounts receivable aging and status reports as requested Performing regular reconciliations of accounts receivable and revenue accounts Processing, verifying, and entering vendor invoices and accounts payable transactions Reviewing vendor invoices and statements for accuracy and resolving discrepancies as needed Maintaining financial records through filing, document retention, and record management practices Managing shared department email inboxes and responding to inquiries in a timely manner Collaborating with internal departments to improve processes and support special projects Performing other accounting and administrative duties as assigned This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have proven experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role (accounts receivable/payable preferred) Exhibit strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail Are able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills Are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) and accounting software Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all tasks Are a team player who can collaborate effectively with others Experience Required: 3–4 Years Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
