Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to establish and implement positive behavior support plans that promote patient wellness and recovery.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation compliance activities to uphold organizational standards.

• Serve as a liaison with various service systems, state agencies, and community partners to enhance care coordination and resource accessibility.

• Maintain effective communication channels to meet contract standards and advance the mission of MHA in the community.

• Establish connections with local and federal agencies to secure potential partnerships and funding opportunities that benefit the organization.
