Executive Assistant/Office Manager
Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant / Office Manager to support senior leaders in a fast-paced, professional NYC environment. This role combines high-level executive support with hands-on office management, requiring exceptional organization, energy, and attention to detail.
You will be required to work in office five days per week; hours are 9-5pm with some flexibility.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, including interview scheduling and meeting coordination
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics
- Order and manage office supplies and vendor relationships
- Set up, support, and break down meetings, conferences, and events
- Serve as a key point of contact to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
- Support multiple executives while maintaining discretion and professionalism
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience scheduling interviews and managing calendars
- Experience ordering office supplies and handling office logistics
- Strong background in travel planning and arrangements
- High energy, confident demeanor, and professional presence
- Strong knowledge of NYC logistics and vendors
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting multiple senior executives
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Polished, professional appearance and communication style
Pay Details: $115,000.00 to $134,999.00 per year
