Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments through video consultations to understand clients' needs and backgrounds.

• Implementing evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to support client progress.

• Creating detailed, individualized treatment plans that align with clients' mental health goals and preferences.

• Monitoring and documenting client progress throughout the treatment duration, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure effectiveness.

• Providing psychoeducation to clients and their families to facilitate understanding and engagement in the therapeutic process.

• Empowering clients to develop healthy coping mechanisms and resilience through ongoing support and encouragement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will mainly work with adult clients presenting with stable, low acuity mental health concerns. These may include anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current and valid license to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No disciplinary actions on your license and no limited or provisional licenses.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust with diverse clients.

• Proficient computer skills for utilizing remote therapy platforms and managing client documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, candidates with prior experience in remote therapy settings and familiarity with solution-focused methodologies will be preferred.
