Vivid Mortgages Inc. – Queens Village, NY
Full-Time | In-Office |
- Set up new loan files and assist with initial disclosures
- Order and follow up on employment verifications (VOEs)
- Order and track title, appraisal and homeowners insurance
- Handle inbound calls for our Loan Processors
- Assist borrowers with retrieving and submitting required documents
- Retrieve, download, properly name, organize and save loan documents for company recordkeeping and NYS DFS compliance purposes
- Follow up with borrowers, employers and third parties for outstanding items
- Upload and organize documents in our loan systems
- Maintain accurate notes, tasks and status updates
- Jump in and help the team wherever operational support is needed
- Excellent with computers and technology
- Coachable and receptive to direction and feedback
- Comfortable receiving assignments from different members of the team, regardless of job title
- Collaborative — understands that everyone works together to get the job done
- No ego about whose job a task is
- Proactive, resourceful and dependable
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Persistent with excellent follow-through
- Professional and comfortable speaking with clients
