To support healthcare providers, the full-time Remote Medical Scheduler will schedule patient appointments, verify insurance information, and maintain customer service standards while working remotely from Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm EST. Key responsibilities Schedule appointments according to established protocols and maintain patient records Verify patient demographics, payment methods, and referrals prior to scheduling Provide information to patients regarding appointment requirements and answer general inquiries Required qualifications High School diploma or GED required 1+ years of medical scheduling experience preferred Familiarity with basic medical terminology Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Strong customer service skills and telephone etiquette Virtual Vocations Inc
