Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct psychological support and counseling to patients and their families, addressing mental health concerns arising from acute, chronic, or terminal illnesses.

• Facilitate transition planning and participate in conferences with patients and their families to discuss care goals and ongoing support.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
