Vice President of Business Development

The Vice President of Business Development is responsible for driving strategic revenue growth by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities within the hospitality, travel, and loyalty industries. This executive will leverage an extensive network of senior decision-makers to build strategic partnerships, open doors, and close high-value enterprise deals. The ideal candidate is a highly connected business development leader with a proven track record of selling complex solutions, negotiating enterprise partnerships, and consistently exceeding revenue targets. This role requires exceptional relationship-building skills, executive presence, and the ability to influence key stakeholders and decision makers. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Business Development• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.• Identify, qualify, and pursue new enterprise opportunities within the hospitality, loyalty, travel, gaming, and adjacent industries.• Develop a deep understanding of the company's platform and leverage its capabilities to identify, shape, and pursue innovative business opportunities across target industries.• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of enterprise partnerships and large enterprise accounts through networking, industry relationships, referrals, and proactive business development.• Recommend innovative approaches to accelerate company growth.Executive Relationship Management• Leverage an established network of senior executives and decision-makers to cultivate relationships and generate new business opportunities.• Lead complex negotiations and structure mutually beneficial commercial agreements.• Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and executive forums, positioning the company as a preferred partner within targeted industries and organizations.Revenue Growth• Lead the business development lifecycle from prospecting through contract execution, partnering with the Business Solutions team and other cross-functional stakeholders.• Personally drive the development and delivery of compelling executive presentations, proposals, and business cases tailored to prospective partners, collaborating with Marketing and cross-functional teams to create differentiated value propositions.• Lead the development of RFP/RFI responses and other commercial deliverables, collaborating with Business Solutions, Product, Marketing, and Operations to produce high-quality, competitive submissions.• Achieve ambitious annual revenue and business growth goals by identifying, developing, and securing high-value partnerships and new business opportunities.Cross-Functional Leadership• Partner with Product, Business Solutions, Client Success, Marketing, and Operations to align platform capabilities with market opportunities, ensuring solutions address partner needs while supporting the company's growth objectives.• Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to influence product strategy.• Collaborate with executive leadership on growth initiatives, market expansion, and competitive positioning.
