Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical status, limitations, and needs, utilizing various assessment methodologies to guide treatment planning.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the specific orthopedic issues of each patient, focusing on improving mobility and reducing pain.
• Administer hands-on therapy, including manual techniques and therapeutic exercises, to achieve optimal rehabilitation goals.
• Educate patients and their families on specific at-home exercises and self-care techniques that can be incorporated into their daily routines to enhance recovery.
• Maintain meticulous client records, documenting treatment protocols, progress notes, and patient interactions as per regulatory and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including physicians and occupational therapists, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
