Key Responsibilities\n

• Employ various evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions to effectively address emotional and behavioral disorders in clients.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify client needs, and develop comprehensive initial discharge plans tailored to those needs.

• Facilitate individual, group, or family counseling sessions based on individualized treatment plans, fostering a safe space for discussion and personal growth.

• Create and implement initial treatment plans, coordinating any necessary additional services and adjusting plans as client needs evolve.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of all therapy services in compliance with professional standards and clinic protocols.

• Manage a caseload within agreed parameters, ensuring that each client's treatment objectives are met with ongoing monitoring and adjustments.

• Engage in collaboration during treatment team meetings, sharing insights and information with colleagues to enhance the quality of care provided.

• Handle client inquiries and complaints with professionalism, proactively addressing unmet needs and ensuring that patient safety is always a top priority.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Sharpman Counseling offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
