Excellent culture Inclusive Leadership Advancement Opportunities Remote work schedules Competitive compensation Job Details Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations Handle trust accounting (IOLTA) in compliance with Florida Bar regulations Process attorney billing, client invoicing, and collections Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements Manage payroll processing and coordinate with outside CPA for tax filings Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate financial records Reconcile firm operating and trust accounts Assist with budgeting and financial reporting for firm partners Qualifications: 5+ years of full charge bookkeeping experience, law firm experience strongly preferred Knowledge of IOLTA/trust accounting rules and compliance Proficiency in QuickBooks and legal billing software (e.g., Clio, Tabs3, PCLaw, or similar) Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
