Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client's needs.

• Implement effective therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans that set clear goals and interventions, regularly reviewing progress with clients.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to ensure cohesive and coordinated care for every client.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
