Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess, diagnose when appropriate, and evaluate clients' mental health status using recognized clinical tools, ensuring a thorough understanding of individual patient needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices, cultural diversity, and the unique needs and circumstances of each client.

• Continuously monitor clients' progress and adapt interventions and strategies to achieve desired mental health outcomes.

• Prepare and maintain accurate treatment records, clinical reports, and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements, utilizing current electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Collaborate closely with clients and other health professionals to create comprehensive care plans, facilitating clear communication and coordinated efforts among treatment providers.

• Provide education and mentorship to students, interns, and volunteers, fostering professional growth within the team.

• Participate in departmental initiatives aimed at improving treatment protocols and client outcomes, including peer-to-peer reviews and clinical audits, with supervision provided by senior clinical staff.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on outpatient therapy for adults facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other related disorders. You will work collaboratively with a diverse client base, so understanding cultural differences and adapting your approach accordingly will be essential. You will be an advocate for your clients, guiding them through their healing journeys and enabling them to lead fulfilling lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior clinical experience in mental health or integrated care settings, ideally between six months to one year.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
