Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients facing significant mental health challenges, including major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, through effective use of telehealth tools.

• Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, striving towards shared objectives and fostering a culture of teamwork and open communication.

• Respectfully interact with clients from diverse backgrounds, employing culturally competent practices tailored to their unique needs and perspectives.

• Maintain adherence to professional ethical guidelines and organizational policies while tracking client progress and treatment efficacy.

• Conduct individualized assessments, develop integrated care plans, and ensure continuity of care through linkages to additional services as required.

• Offer crisis intervention support and engage in proactive management of at-risk situations.

• Manage caseloads effectively, delivering individual, group, and family therapy sessions, while preparing and submitting reports punctually.

• Participate in on-call duties flexibly, providing after-hours support as needed.

• Actively contribute to committees dedicated to improving service delivery standards and organizational quality improvement initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with clients who come from the San Bernardino area, often facing socio-economic challenges that impact their mental health. Our target population includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other serious mental health issues. You will play a vital role in creating a supportive therapeutic environment, empowering clients to advocate for their mental health needs while promoting effective coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is mandatory.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• At least two years of clinical experience treating populations similar to those served by Well Spring Therapy Solutions.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate clear interactions with clients and team members.

• Strong organizational and planning abilities to manage patient care effectively.

• Competency in addressing age-specific or particular developmental needs of diverse populations.

• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are considered a valuable asset but are not required.
