Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial patient assessments to determine individual needs, establish baseline measurements, and identify patient goals.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations and in alignment with healthcare best practices.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions and the therapeutic process, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools to manage their health effectively.
• Administer appropriate therapeutic exercises, manual interventions, and assistive technologies to enhance patients' mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and other healthcare professionals, to share insights and coordinate comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient interactions, treatment log, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Florida State license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Compensation and Benefits
