Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, gather and evaluate medical histories to provide accurate diagnoses and individualized treatment plans.
• Work closely with physicians and healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive healthcare services, ensuring seamless information sharing and patient care continuity.
• Perform physical examinations and manage diagnostic tests, utilizing your clinical skills to interpret results and make informed health decisions.
• Administer immunizations and medications, while also providing patients with vital education about preventive health practices and lifestyle modifications.
• Monitor patients with chronic conditions, coordinating referrals to specialists as needed and ensuring ongoing management of their health issues.
• Document patient encounters meticulously in the EPIC EMR system, ensuring that records are complete and up-to-date.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program, ensuring foundational knowledge and skills in medical practice.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 to $180,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
