Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor clinic staff, including X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front Office Specialists, in delivering top-tier patient care.
• Oversee the accurate and timely completion of patient medical charts and coordinate with other healthcare professionals as necessary to ensure continuity of care.
• Implement and adhere to clinical protocols established by the Chief Medical Officer and Supervising Physicians, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Conduct thorough assessments including gathering patient histories, performing physical examinations, and ordering necessary diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe medications responsibly and provide patient education on treatment plans, particularly around managing acute and chronic conditions.
• Perform therapeutic procedures such as incision and drainage, wound suturing, and other necessary interventions to address patient needs.
• Foster a friendly atmosphere that enhances patient satisfaction and encourages a positive patient-provider relationship.
• Ensure compliance with health information management regulations, including HIPAA, maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.
• Adapt to various situations with the ability to consult with patients through virtual channels, enhancing accessibility to care.
• Additional duties as assigned to promote the efficient operation of the practice and optimal patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily serve school-aged children and adolescents, providing care that addresses their unique health needs. This includes routine check-ups, vaccination administration, acute illness management, and health education. Building trusting relationships with students and their families will be essential, as well as promoting preventative health strategies that encourage lifelong wellness.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing with specialization as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Active Family Nurse Practitioner license compliant with state regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and management, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Strong understanding of healthcare best practices and regulations.
• Ability and willingness to embrace technology, particularly telehealth services.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical practice experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner or similar role.
• Previous experience providing telehealth services is preferred, showcasing adaptability to meet patients' needs.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 125,000 to 140,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, our benefits package includes:
