We help real estate photographers and media teams get consistent, listing-ready edits in minutes. Faster delivery, lower editing costs, no outsourcing headaches. Our customers range from solo photographers to large real estate media companies. Smaller teams edit in our web app; enterprise customers hit our API at scale. We process over 50k listings per month, we have customers across Europe and North America, and we've grown 3x in the last six months, mostly in the US. We're profitable and we're not funded by anyone.

You'll own new revenue end to end. This is our first sales hire, so you're building the motion, not inheriting a playbook. You'll report to the CEO.

• Targeted outbound. Photography businesses, brokerages, MLS platforms, proptech.

• Inbound. Demo requests and enterprise enquiries land every week. You run them from first call to signature.
\n
• Growing the accounts we already have. Hundreds of businesses run images through us every month, and some could consolidate all their editing with us. This is the highest value work in the job.

• Feeding product. You'll hear the objections first. We want them in the roadmap conversation with the detail intact.

• 3+ years closing B2B SaaS in a full-cycle role, carrying and hitting a quota
\n
• Experience where the deal is $5k to $50k a year, not enterprise-only
\n
• To understand how our customers actually work. Shooting, bracketing, editing, turnaround times, what a busy photographer's day looks like. You'll be asked detailed questions about our output and you need to answer them without pulling someone else in

• Enough technical confidence to talk through an API integration at a high level. Our larger customers connect that way
\n
• To be self-directed. Remote team, ten countries, nobody watching your calendar

• Real estate, photography, proptech or adjacent

• You've sold usage or consumption based pricing
\n
• Early-stage experience where you built the process
\n

$60k to $70k base, $120k to $130k OTE, roughly 50/50. Uncapped, with accelerators above target.

Commission is paid on usage that actually lands, not on signature. If the account ramps, you earn more than the contract suggested. Guaranteed commission for your first three months while you ramp.
