Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients coping with various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and substance use disorders.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential records of patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes through our electronic health record system.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status using structured interviews and psychometric tools to inform treatment decisions.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, assessing urgent situations and coordinating necessary support, including emergency services.

This position primarily serves a diverse clientele from the comfort of their homes, including adolescents, adults, and families. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
