Offers hands-on manufacturing experience with opportunities to develop skills, take on responsibility, and grow within the operation.Work Schedule: Monday - FridayShift: 8AM - 4:30PMPay: $25 - $30 (depending on experience)Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!HR Specialist Details:Temporary position$ 25.00 to $ 30.00 / hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm)Employee Relations & Compliance – Support employee relations, performance, attendance, investigations, leave administration, and HR policy compliance.Recruiting & HR Administration – Manage recruiting, onboarding, I-9s, employee records, payroll/timekeeping, and benefits support.Workforce & Leadership Support – Partner with plant leadership on staffing, training, retention, employee engagement, and workplace culture.HR Specialist Qualifications:Previous Human Resources experience, preferably within a manufacturing, production, or fast-paced environment.HR Knowledge – Working knowledge of employee relations, recruiting, payroll/timekeeping, benefits, leave administration, and employment law compliance.Communication & Organization – Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively with employees and leadership.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
