Boston, MA | Hybrid / Field Based | $100k - $120k OTE 1st Year | Actively Hiring Quick Role Snapshot What you’ll do: Win new B2B clients for legal Support Services Where: Boston, MA (Hybrid/Remote with daily field activity) Travel: Local client meetings, prospecting, events, and conferences Compensation: Base salary + uncapped monthly commissions (OTE $100k - $120k+ 1st year) Experience level: 2+ Years B2B Sales (Preferably selling to Attorneys) Why This Role Exists (Why Now) Our client is expanding and needs a driven Business Development Manager to accelerate revenue growth across law firms, insurance companies, corporations, and government agencies. What You’ll Be Doing Identify and close new business through cold calling, email outreach, meetings, and networking. Build long-term client relationships in a consultative B2B sales environment. Represent the company at industry events, conferences and trade shows. Deliver structured sales presentations and negotiate contracts. Track and manage a full sales pipeline to consistently hit KPI’s and targets. Stay current on legal industry trends, market conditions, and competitors. What We’re Looking For Required 2+ Years of B2B sales experience (outside sales strongly preferred) Proven ability to close deals and manage client relationships. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently. Experience selling into the legal industry Existing professional services or corporate client network.
