Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a mental health counselor at Moral Wellness Counseling Center, you will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adult clients facing a diverse range of mental health challenges. This may include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, and stress management among other concerns. The personalized approach aims to empower clients, enhancing their ability to navigate life's challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Possession of a fully active and unrestricted license to practice in Texas, such as:

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Avoidance of any limited or provisional licenses, and no history of disciplinary actions.

• Proficient computer skills, able to navigate our therapist management platform with ease.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates should ideally have a minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, demonstrating proficiency in providing mental health care and managing a diverse client caseload. Familiarity with teletherapy and experience working in a remote setting will be considered advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, depending on work hours and experience. In addition to a generous income, we provide a welcome sign-on bonus, a weekly direct deposit system, and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors.
