Assistant Property Manager A well‑known property management and investment company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Property Manager to support day‑to‑day operations for a premier commercial office portfolio in San Francisco. This is a long‑term temp role with strong potential to convert to a full‑time position. This role is fully onsite Mon - Fri. What You'll Do: Support the Property Manager with full‑cycle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, aging reports, CAM reconciliations, and monthly accruals – Yardi experience is a strong plus. Assist with annual budget preparation and monthly reforecasting, tracking variances, analyzing expenses, and ensuring building operations stay on target. Serve as a key point of contact for tenant relations, coordinating move‑ins/outs, work orders, lease obligations, and property communications. Manage vendor contracts and compliance, including certificates of insurance, service agreements, site walks, and performance tracking. Oversee administrative operations including SharePoint/Yardi document management, purchase orders, meeting minutes, and the asset management calendar. Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, construction, leasing, and accounting teams to keep building operations running smoothly at a Class‑A standard. You're a Great Fit If You Have: 3+ years of commercial property management experience. Strong financial acumen – budgets, CAMs, and invoice processing. Yardi proficiency (or similar platform). A proactive, professional, and low‑key work style. Pay: $40‑43/hr No relocation offered. Looking to hire ASAP!
