Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a personal caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries in all interactions.

• Conduct regular sessions to review client progress, assess stability, and plan for discharge as appropriate.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of each client's needs.

• Document client sessions meticulously, ensuring that all progress notes meet our clinical standards.

• Perform thorough intake assessments for new clients to appropriately gauge their mental health needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. Our clients come to us seeking support for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. As an LPC, your contribution to their healing process will be invaluable, as you guide them through evidence-based therapeutic modalities while adapting your approach to fit their unique situations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Current, unrestricted Louisiana licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• A minimum of three years of post-graduate experience, with at least one year in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficiency in using computers and various software systems, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, demonstrating a strong therapeutic skill set.

• Familiarity with conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans based on those assessments.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging between USD 75,000 and 90,000 per year. Additionally, we provide a fee-for-service compensation model, ensuring that clinicians are compensated ahead of client collections without waiting for reimbursements.
