Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision for practicum students pursuing clinical licensure or those enrolled in their Master’s programs, offering guidance and feedback on their therapeutic practices.

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services to a diverse client base, including individuals seeking personal support, couples navigating relationship challenges, and families requiring family therapy.

• Collaborate actively with other healthcare professionals and community resources to enhance the breadth of care available to clients.

• Play an integral role in developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs and goals.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and documentation in compliance with all relevant regulations, ensuring the integrity of client information.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
