Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to individual client needs.

• Monitor participant progress meticulously, ensuring all session notes are accurately documented and address any ongoing care coordination.

• Actively participate as a vital member of a multidisciplinary care team, guiding participants through resource access and securing necessary consent and authorization forms.

• Engage proactively with high-risk clients, implementing established protocols to address elevated safety concerns effectively.

• Attend regular team meetings, supervisory sessions, and organization-wide Town Halls to stay aligned with company goals and best practices.

• Uphold stringent confidentiality standards as dictated by HIPAA and other relevant privacy regulations, ensuring compliance through annual training.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at New Hope Psychological Group, you will work with a varied clientele, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Your role will involve utilizing structured, evidence-based protocols to empower clients in developing actionable skills, fostering lasting, healthy habits, and ultimately improving their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or an equivalent field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in your state.

• Commitment to maintaining a consistent schedule, providing approximately 40 hours of patient care weekly from Monday to Friday.
