Senior People Strategy & Org Design Partner
HOVER
Hover is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to leaders across our go-to-market organization, shaping org design, leadership effectiveness, and performance practices as we scale. You’ll partner with senior leaders to influence decisions, build healthy teams, and embed change-management disciplines across functions. You’ll work with executives on org design, diagnose challenges, coach managers, and drive cross-functional alignment, with hands-on use of AI tools #J-18808-Ljbffr HOVER
