Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to determine their developmental needs.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

• Monitor and track outcomes for enrolled families, facilitating ongoing support and adjustment of service plans as required.
\n
• Provide educational resources and support to parents and caregivers, equipping them with strategies to enhance their child’s developmental progress.
\n
• Utilize evidenced-based practices and natural learning environment techniques during coaching and therapeutic interactions.
\n
• Adhere to all federal and state regulations pertinent to clinical social work and maintain professionalism in all interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on children ages zero to three who exhibit developmental delays or disabilities. Our LCSWs engage with families to provide individualized support tailored to each child’s needs. You will help families navigate service options, access resources, and promote healthy developmental milestones. Your efforts will be integral in transforming the lives of young children and ensuring they have a solid foundation as they grow.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver’s license to facilitate possible client engagements.
