This part-time, remote position allows for flexible work hours while prioritizing a healthy work-life balance. Therapists can concentrate on delivering high-quality care without being burdened by administrative duties, as our support staff manages all backend tasks.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed diagnostic evaluations of clients and develop comprehensive treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to individual and family needs.

• Provide psychotherapy and counseling for clients, employing techniques such as crisis intervention, supportive therapy, skills training, and couple's counseling to facilitate positive mental health outcomes.

• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively, ensuring secure and consistent communication with clients, and maintain thorough electronic health records documenting progress and treatment interventions.

• Engage in case management by determining the appropriate level of care based on comprehensive assessments and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to address client needs efficiently.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision and team meetings to enhance therapeutic practices and stay updated on industry standards and best practices.

• Act as a consultant in discussions related to complex cases, providing insights on sociocultural dynamics and community resource integrations.

• Maintain accurate documentation, prepare reports, and coordinate care by liaising with external agencies, schools, and family members when necessary.

• Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and organizational policies to maintain compliance in service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D) to practice in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of experience in providing psychotherapy services, with demonstrated competency in various treatment modalities.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records management is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Conscious Core Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $125,000 annually, aligning with experience and credentials. We also provide a sign-on bonus to new hires.
