Work Environment\n

This position offers a flexible remote work environment that allows you to complete your duties outside of the traditional office. While the primary responsibilities are performed remotely, you will also have access to an outpatient office setting for in-person sessions when needed. Our team operates from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, focusing on maintaining a balanced and productive work-life dynamic for all employees.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, fostering trusting relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, discuss stability, and facilitate appropriate transitions to discharge when suitable.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor individualized treatment plans that are centered on clients’ specific needs and goals.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes for each client to ensure compliance and ongoing evaluation of care.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand clients’ histories and current needs.
\n
• Deliver individual therapy sessions weekly, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s circumstances.

• Participate in individual supervision meetings to enhance your clinical skills and receive guidance.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care and ensure holistic treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as an LPC at Bright Tomorrows, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of clients, including both adults and children facing various challenges. The outpatient population you assist will encompass individuals dealing with mental health issues, trauma, and behavioral concerns. Supporting families through therapeutic interventions that promote family dynamics and resilience will also be a key focus.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience working in a clinical outpatient setting is essential.

• Proficiency with computer systems and documentation practices is required for maintaining electronic health records.

• Demonstrated ability to provide direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families effectively.

• Comfort in performing intake assessments and engaging with various client demographics.
