Key Responsibilities\n

• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing to treatment planning and evaluations to ensure comprehensive care for each patient.

• Conduct thorough client assessments and create detailed treatment plans tailored to individual needs, documenting all interactions and updates within specified timeframes.

• Uphold strict standards for client confidentiality and security, actively maintaining all records and adhering to ethical guidelines.

• Utilize your diagnostic skills to assess the mental health of children and adolescents, employing evidence-based methodologies to inform treatment strategies.

• Implement effective therapeutic strategies using a variety of modalities, including solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral interventions, and family systems theory.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on children, adolescents, and their families who are navigating mental health challenges. Our clients often deal with issues like anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and behavioral problems. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) designation in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
