Accounting Assistant

Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in invoice matching, data entry, and document management
- Experience with QuickBooks Online preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to scan, file, and maintain digital records accurately
- Good communication skills and reliability
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with IFTA reporting and truck fleet management
- Familiarity with bid calendar management and vendor reconciliation
- Basic knowledge of construction or project management environments
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in accounts payable, administrative support, or related fields is a plus
