Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to identify treatment needs, utilizing comprehensive diagnostic tools and techniques.

• Implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and family systems approaches.
\n
• Facilitate supportive and psychoeducational groups that foster community and promote mental health awareness among participants.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated services.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention services and compassionate support for patients during acute mental health emergencies.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, addressing common concerns and possible treatment avenues.
\n
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards, ensuring patient confidentiality is upheld.

• Actively participate in case consultations and contribute to team discussions to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Continuously seek knowledge of the latest developments in mental health care, engaging in training sessions and professional workshops.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW in the state of Florida.
\n
• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and an ability to create effective treatment plans.

• Experience in delivering individual and group therapy in a virtual setting, with a focus on enhancing client engagement and therapeutic rapport.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, vital for building trust and rapport with patients and collaborating effectively with team members.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and a comfort level with digital communication platforms.

• Prior experience working in an outpatient mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
