Work Environment\n

As a remote clinician, you will work from your residence, connecting with patients primarily through secure telehealth platforms. Our virtual work environment is characterized by flexibility and collaboration, allowing you to manage your schedule while still receiving support from colleagues and supervisors. The typical work week runs from Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing you with a structured yet adaptable routine.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual mental health evaluations and risk assessments using secure telehealth technology.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient's needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals, tailoring your approach to each unique case.

• Utilize trauma-informed techniques and evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate meaningful client progress in a remote setting.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and stabilization services for patients experiencing acute distress, employing problem-solving strategies to ensure their safety and well-being.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to promote coordinated and comprehensive care plans for clients.

• Monitor client progress regularly and adjust treatment interventions as necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, effective coping strategies, and the available virtual support resources.

• Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and telehealth compliance protocols to ensure patient confidentiality and ethical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve a senior population, addressing their unique mental health needs and concerns. Many of our clients face age-related challenges such as depression, anxiety, and cognitive decline. Your clinical expertise will play a critical role in enhancing their quality of life and addressing their personal mental health challenges through tailored therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Must hold an active LMHC license in the state of Missouri and a current individual NPI number.

• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule while meeting patient needs.

• Strong knowledge of treatment planning, case management protocols, and contemporary mental health practices is essential.

• Experience with HIPAA regulations and telehealth best practices is required to maintain ethical care standards.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of previous clinical experience in a medical environment or direct mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes excellent health, vision, and dental insurance.
