Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to diagnose acute and chronic mental illnesses in clients, establishing a tailored treatment plan.

• Implement, coordinate, and evaluate individualized clinical treatment programs for patients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of physicians and healthcare professionals.

• Provide outpatient psychotherapy to diverse clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate healing.

• Document client progress meticulously through treatment summaries and charting, ensuring adherence to state regulations and NCQA standards.

• Actively participate in staff conferences to review treatment plans and adjust therapeutic approaches as necessary, enhancing treatment efficacy.

• Screen and evaluate patients for psychotropic medications in collaboration with psychiatrists, ensuring comprehensive care integration.

• Supervise and mentor Post Masters Fellows or Associate therapists, fostering professional development and enriching our team's capacity to serve clients.

Qualifications\n
